Scope of duties:
- Organisation of carriages in international relations
- Negotiating order conditions with carriers and customers
- Monitoring and control of transport orders, taking care of quality and timeliness
- Solving problems related to cargo carriage
- Supervision over forwarding documentation
- Active acquisition of customers and carriers on the local and foreign markets
- Preparing offers, quotations and providing information to existing and prospective customers
Requirements:
- Experience in the LTL/FTL industry
Knowledge of the market, customers and carriers - Commitment, self-reliance and entrepreneurship
- Analytical thinking
- Communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of international forwarding and transport issues
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of other languages will be an asset

Job description:
- Work coordination and ensuring development of the Road Forwarding Department,
- Co-creation and responsible implementation of the budget assumptions of the Department,
- Acquisition of new customers and carriers, price negotiations,
- Developing cooperation with existing customers,
- Maintenance and development of good relations with clients and service providers, preparation of reports and statistics,
- Setting the development directions,
- Keeping the operating documentation,
- Recruitment of the Department staff,
- Reporting according to the company’s standards,
- Care for the good image of the company,
- Searching for new solutions for the customers and market opportunities to ensure continuous development of the managed Department.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience on a management position in the TFL industry, back with successes
- Very good knowledge of the market of local carriers and customers
- Leadership skills and ability to maintain high motivation of the managed team,
- Experience in trade-related activities,
- Ability to organise your own and subordinate team’s work time,
- Ability to build long-term relations with the customer and subcontractor.
- Very good knowledge of the issues and documentation related to road transport and forwarding,
- High motivation, commitment and entrepreneurship,
- Target orientation
- Good knowledge of English (knowledge of another language will be an asset),
- Computer literacy, especially in terms of MS Office
- Impeccable manners and interpersonal skills

Job description:
- Activities in the scope of sale of domestic and international transport services (FTL)
- Acquisition of new customers from Poland and other European countries
- Implementation of sale plans according to the company’s policy
- Building the base of prospective customers
- Giving commercial presentations, preparing offers and transport projects
- Negotiating commercial and operating conditions with the customers
- Active participation in implementation of new transport projects
- Co-participation in creation of the budget and FTL product sale strategy for the next years
- Close cooperation with international forwarding operating departments
- TFL market monitoring
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of the TFL industry
- Experience in sale of international and domestic FTL services
- Experience in acquisition and cooperation with contracted customers
- Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English at a communicative level
- Planning and work organisation skills
- MS Office suite knowledge (especially MS Excel)
- Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
